- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, company policies, and the proper use of PPE by all team members.
- Maintain optimal inventory accuracy through diligent monitoring and management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Allocate resources effectively and manage staff schedules to meet operational demands.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics coordination.
- Substantial experience in a warehouse supervisory or management position.
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and motivational capabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and logistics principles.
- Capability to handle lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally for demonstration or assistance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Dedication to promoting a culture of safety and ensuring compliance with all PPE requirements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and adapt to changing business needs.
