Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order forms or handheld scanners.
- Package items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before packing to ensure all items are included.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Capacity for lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Understanding of general warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
- Commitment to following all safety guidelines, including the use of required PPE.
