We’re looking for an *experienced Auto Body Technician* who takes pride in precision work, thrives in a high-production environment, and wants to grow with one of North Carolina’s leading certified repair centers.
*What You’ll Do*
* Perform complete and safe structural, frame, and body repairs per OEM procedures
* Repair or replace damaged panels, welds, and structural components using manufacturer-approved equipment
* Work closely with estimators, painters, and shop foremen to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Conduct proper disassembly, blueprinting, and reassembly of vehicles
* Maintain clean work areas and follow all safety and environmental guidelines
* Adhere to JLR, Rivian, and I-CAR Gold Class standards

*What We’re Looking For*
* Minimum 3 years of auto body repair experience (OEM-certified experience preferred)
* I-CAR and/or OEM certifications (JLR, Rivian, Tesla, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, etc.) a major plus
* Strong understanding of aluminum and structural repair procedures
* Must own tools required for the position
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
