divh2Senior Representative - Inside Sales/h2pAs a Senior Representative - Inside Sales, you will interact with existing customers to increase sales of the Companys products and/or services. You will obtain, create, and up-sell orders, creating customer satisfaction and adding value to the customers buying experience. You will own a book of larger, more complex accounts and is proficient in all aspects of the inside sales process with a focus on proactive selling techniques to add business or expand current book of accounts. You will also collaborate with outside sales to ensure goals are being met./ppstrongResponsibilities:/strong/pulliMeets and exceeds performance measurements based on volume budgets, profitability, penetration, efficiency objectives./liliMarkets products and offers value-added services./liliDevelops strong business relationships in growing existing accounts, prospects for opportunities within account base./liliOwns, qualifies, and develops opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, national accounts./liliKeeps abreast of new products and acquires and shares competitive knowledge./liliReports industry trends, competitive pricing and customer feedback to management./liliMay function as the lead for other ISRs with respect to processes, systems, customers, etc./li/ulpstrongQualifications:/strong/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred/liliRequires in-depth knowledge and experience in Sales and Sales Administration (4-5 years)/liliStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office/liliDemonstrated high level of sustained competency as a professional contributor/liliAbility to perform multiple tasks simultaneously/liliAbility to work in team environment and mentor/coach team members/liliStrong written and verbal communications skills/liliAbility to prospect and market concepts to existing and potential new accounts/liliAbility to take action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and realistic understanding of issues/liliAbility to solve difficult and sometimes moderately complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions and identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem-solving skills to resolve complex situations/liliWorks independently with minimal supervision/liliPreferred sales experience in electrical or distribution environment/liliAbility to travel 0% - 25%/li/ulpCompensation Details: $31.09 - $40.40 Per Hour/ppIn addition, Wesco offers a benefits program for eligible employees, which may include paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and retirement savings plans.
