About The Role
As the Senior Manager, Demand Generation at 15Five, you'll support the development of our demand generation strategy and fully own execution. You'll be responsible for building and optimizing high-quality, high-intent pipeline that converts quickly to revenue—spanning both new logo acquisition and customer expansion .
This is a leadership and builder role, not a maintainer. You'll lead a small marketing team, bring innovative thinking, deep curiosity, and a data-driven mindset to lead demand generation in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Own pipeline generation across events, outbound assist, and lifecycle channels in alignment with GTM goals, and partner with consultants on digital, paid, and organic strategies.
- Build and launch integrated campaigns that drive net-new acquisition and move prospects through the funnel.
- Design and scale nurture programs that increase engagement and conversion velocity.
- Partner closely with Sales Development to ensure seamless lead handoffs, aligned messaging, and feedback loops.
Content Strategy & Conversion
- Collaborate with content and product marketing to create campaign assets optimized for funnel performance.
- Support content optimization for SEO, engagement metrics, and conversion.
Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance, identify bottlenecks, and take action to improve ROI.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and channel effectiveness.
- Implement audience segmentation and personalization strategies to increase engagement and funnel efficiency.
Marketing Automation & Tooling
- Own HubSpot for campaign execution, email workflows, lead scoring, and attribution modeling.
- Continuously improve and optimize campaign operations, lead flows, and tracking infrastructure to improve performance per dollar
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work hand-in-hand with Sales, RevOps,
