Role Description

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-driven
Production Graphic Designer
to support our growing creative workload across packaging, production, and digital asset management. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who loves building beautiful, production-ready design work
and
making sure files are pristine, structured, and easy for the team to navigate.
Even though this role will involve working on production files and digital asset management, there will be opportunities to be creative in other fields, such as digitally, field marketing, campaigns, etc.

You'll work closely with our Creative Director, Graphic Designer, and Marketing team in our main HQ office in Morristown, NJ. The hybrid role involves commuting to our office at least one day per week, potentially more depending on your location.

Role & Qualifications

• Design, revise, and prep packaging files, including dielines, cans, bottles, cartons, and shrink sleeves.
• Build production-ready mechanicals with precise attention to CMYK color, print specs, bleed, and trim.
• Assist in creating point-of-sale materials, sell sheets, and other supporting assets.Proficiency in Digital Designs and Graphic Design
• Strong visual, design, and conceptual skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team where things change quickly.
• Experience in video editing is a plus
• Experience in the beverage industry is a plus
