Description of Position:
The Bookkeeper position is involved in all aspects of the financial operations of the corporation. This position is responsible for recording and maintaining the company's financial transactions, purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments in a team setting. They will work directly with Store Managers, Area Managers, and other members of leadership to ensure accurate records and current AR and AP accounts. This position would report directly to the CFO and work with a team of Financial professionals.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Record daily company transactions (reconciliation)
- Close books on a monthly basis and assist with customer statements/invoicing
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
