Qualifications:

• Active Real Estate License or Broker Credential (Required)
• Completion of the 75-hour real estate course (Current enrollees may apply)
• No prior experience necessary—entry-level candidates are welcome
• Full-time availability for training and client engagement
• Strong work ethic, coachable mindset, and professionalism
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the process.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, trends, and neighborhood dynamics.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication.
• Prepare and present property listings, promotional materials, and market analyses to potential buyers.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Manage property listings on various platforms to maximize visibility and attract potential buyers or renters.
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and other marketing events to promote listings effectively.
• Stay updated on real estate law, regulations, and industry best practices to provide accurate advice to clients.
