Shift: Swing/ Grave (5pm - 2am -1 hour lunch)
Days: Wednesday to Sunday

PalAmerican Security - Scheduler Needed

Responsibilities:

• Prepare reports as needed by managers and supervisors.
• Ensure accountability and oversee scheduling systems.
• Utilize communication tools to relay schedules to officers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate leadership.
• Positive attitude, desire to learn, and work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in WinTeam/eHub scheduling software or similar.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Zero to at least two years of related experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and computer work.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
