CNC Set Up/Operator Vertical/Horizontal

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ year Mill Fanuc Control experience is required
- Knowledgeable with Mazak, Fanuc control, Vertical, Horizontal Mills
- Can inspect own parts and work independently
- Attention to details
- Ability to follow instructions
- Professional positive attitude, passion of continuous improvement
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Motivated and fast-paced personality with a serious work ethic
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviews traveler, set-up instructions, drawings, inspection forms, and any other relevant documentation for each job
- Ensures the assigned machine tool is sufficiently clean and working properly, cutting tools are available and that raw material is available prior to begin the set-up
- Locates and downloads/inputs proper CNC program
- Makes suggestions to Production Manager regarding potential improvements in part processes

-Performs other duties as assigned.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in blueprint reading and mechanical knowledge, alongside premium skills in Fanuc and robot programming, to set up and operate CNC machinery effectively. Your organizational skills will be essential in maintaining workflow and adhering to quality control standards.
