Asset Preservation Wealth & Tax is hiring a Wealth Management Assistant / Transaction Coordinator to support our Financial Advisors and manage office operations at our brand new Greenville, South Carolina location.
Location: Temporary Office (October 2025) | Permanent Location (Opening 2026)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable individual to join our growing financial services office as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, and Business Processor. This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in launching and shaping the operations of a new financial office from the ground up.
In October 2025, operations will begin at a temporary office location, with plans to move into a permanent space in 2026. The ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, and excited by the opportunity to help establish systems, processes, and a positive work environment in a startup-like setting

Key Responsibilities:
Office Management (Startup & Ongoing)
- Set up and organize the temporary office space for efficient daily operations.
- Assist with planning and logistics for the permanent office location.
- Maintain office supplies, manage vendors, and handle facilities coordination.
- Develop and document office procedures and systems.
- Take ownership of live in-person events, including setup, guest check-in, and teardown.
- Travel to event locations and ensure a seamless experience for attendees.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to financial advisors and staff.
- Answer phones, greet clients, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other client-facing documents.
- Manage email correspondence and track tasks or follow-ups.
Business Processing
- Support processing of financial applications, forms, and transactions.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of documentation submitted to carriers or institutions.
- Track and follow up on outstanding requirements or pending transactions.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM and document management systems.
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in office management, administrative support, or financial services preferred.
- A college degree is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with learning CRM or processing systems. Knowledge with companies such as F&G, North American, Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Ibexis, or Allianz is a plus but not a requirement.
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset, especially during the early building phase.
Additional Information:
- This position requires in-person presence at the temporary office starting October 2025, with transition to the permanent office in 2026.
- Training and onboarding will be provided, but the role will evolve as the office grows—ideal for someone who enjoys variety and shaping their role.

Pay: $60, $85,000.00 per year
