  • Manage email correspondence and track tasks or follow-ups.

Business Processing

  • Support processing of financial applications, forms, and transactions.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of documentation submitted to carriers or institutions.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding requirements or pending transactions.
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM and document management systems.

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience in office management, administrative support, or financial services preferred.
  • A college degree is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with learning CRM or processing systems. Knowledge with companies such as F&G, North American, Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Ibexis, or Allianz is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Positive attitude and team-player mindset, especially during the early building phase.
