Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and process daily business operations, including document preparation, data entry, and order processing.
- Assist in coordinating warehouse and logistics activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the team with administrative tasks such as printing labels, preparing reports, and organizing shipment records.
- Maintain and update business-related data, ensuring accuracy and organization in system records.
- Communicate and coordinate across different departments to facilitate workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Handle office administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and maintaining a well-organized work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave requests, and timecard submissions.
- Prepare payroll inputs based on attendance and wage data; coordinate with payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to support bilingual business operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiar with data entry or management tools.
- Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) or ERP software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Prior experience in administration, logistics, office support is preferred.
