Property Manager – Class A Luxury Community

Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 + Onsite Housing Option

A premier Class A luxury residential community in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Property Manager to lead daily operations, elevate resident experience, and drive overall performance. We are looking for a tenured leader with exceptional leasing capabilities, strong operational knowledge, and proven success in team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a Class A luxury community, ensuring an exceptional resident experience and high operational standards.
• Build, mentor, and support a strong onsite team through leadership, coaching, and performance guidance.
• Drive leasing strategy and performance, including hands-on support as needed.
• Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and expense management.
• Maintain compliance with all required local regulations and certifications relevant to the Columbus market.
• Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership to implement operational improvements and achieve property goals.
• Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and capital improvement projects.
• Utilize Yardi Voyager (preferred) and required Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) for reporting, analysis, and daily operations.
• Demonstrate adaptability—each day brings new priorities, and this role requires flexibility and confident decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Property Manager, preferably within Class A or luxury multifamily communities.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop, support, and motivate onsite teams.
• Strong leasing skills and in-depth knowledge of residential property operations.
• Experience with budget creation, financial reporting, and vendor management.
• Familiarity with the Columbus, OH multifamily market strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word is required; Yardi Voyager experience preferred.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CAM, CPM, or other Columbus-required credentials) are a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be highly adaptable and comfortable navigating a dynamic, fast-moving luxury environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95, $105,000.00 per year
