Luminous Exteriors specializes in high-quality outdoor lighting solutions including Jellyfish Lighting and Bosso Lighting. Our services include permanent LED track lighting, holiday lighting, custom exterior lighting installations, and complementary gutter system installations. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Lighting & Gutter Installer who enjoys hands-on work, is comfortable outdoors, and can adapt to a variety of jobsite conditions. This hybrid role involves installing aluminum track lighting systems, permanent LED lighting, seasonal lighting, and full gutter and downspout systems. Construction, roofing, gutter, or handyman experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual.

• Install aluminum track lighting systems (Jellyfish and Bosso) on residential and commercial properties.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and required installation equipment.
• Safely climb ladders, walk roofs, and navigate attics.
• Communicate professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.

• Measure and assess job sites to determine materials and installation approach.
• Install complete gutter systems, including downspouts and accessories.
• Secure gutters to fascia boards using correct fasteners.
• Ensure proper slope, alignment, and water diversion.
• Cut, form, and join gutter sections with precision.
• Seal joints and connections to prevent leaks.
• Safely transport and handle materials.
• Keep tools and equipment in good working condition.

• Experience with roofing, gutters, siding, soffit/fascia, lighting, or general construction preferred (not required).
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments year-round.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical work in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and 3+ years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compensation is based on experience, with higher pay available for installers experienced in Jellyfish or Bosso Lighting.

• Part-time position with flexible scheduling based on project needs.
• Seasonal workload increases during peak lighting seasons (especially holidays).
• Pay is based on experience, with competitive rates for candidates with roofing, gutter, or lighting installation backgrounds.
• Strong potential for the role to transition into a full-time position as the company continues to grow.
