You know the sound of a machine that's not quite right — and you know how to fix it.
If precision tools, CNC controls, and complex systems are your comfort zone, you'll feel right at home here. Our Maintenance Technicians are essential to keeping production running smoothly, minimizing downtime, and ensuring every piece of equipment performs the way it should.

What You'll Do
  • Troubleshoot and repair CNC controls and highly technical electronic equipment using schematics, diagnostic tools, and collaboration with manufacturer service technicians.
  • Maintain and repair machinery and mechanical systems such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyors, and production equipment.
  • Observe machines in operation to pinpoint root causes of issues, dismantle and repair components, and test performance after repairs.
  • Adjust, install, lubricate, and clean mechanical components while fabricating or repairing parts as needed.
  • Initiate purchase orders for parts, equipment, and maintenance materials.
  • Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies, including confined space, LOTO, and PPE compliance.
  • Work all shifts (including weekends) and remain on-call for plant emergencies as needed.
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards in all tasks and interactions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support plant operations.
What You Bring
  • High school diploma/GED plus two years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret machine drawings, electronic schematics, safety documents, and operation manuals.
  • Strong diagnostic capability with HMIs, drives, and power supplies.
  • Applied math proficiency, including the ability to:

  • Use calipers, micrometers, and tape measures

  • Add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
  • Clear communication skills with both production associates and upper management.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Self-starter with strong follow-through.
Work Environment

You'll work near moving mechanical parts and may encounter humid conditions, electrical systems, heights, chemicals, and outdoor weather. Noise levels are generally moderate. Reasonable accommodations can be made.

Physical Demands

Regular standing, walking, climbing, reaching, kneeling, and lifting are part of the job.

  • Lift/move: 10 lbs regularly, 25 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally
  • Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment
  • Occasional sitting and exposure to odors may occur
