Event Bartender

Arc Beverly is seeking an experienced, polished, and service-driven Event Bartender to support beverage operations across both the club's restaurant bar and private event activations. As a member of the Food & Beverage team, this role is critical in delivering a high-quality, elevated experience that reflects the expectations of a boutique, members-only environment. Flexibility, professionalism, and a warm, guest-first approach are essential.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to members and guests in accordance with club standards
• Provide bar service during daily operations, special events, private parties, and member activations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area before, during, and after shifts
• Ensure all beverages are prepared and presented in a consistent and timely manner
• Engage with members in a warm, professional, and knowledgeable manner to foster a welcoming atmosphere
• Follow all club and legal guidelines for alcohol service and consumption
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed, including mobile bars and satellite service areas
• Monitor inventory and communicate lowstock items to the Operations Manager
• Support proper storage, labeling, and rotation of beverage items
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support service and club operations

• 2+ years bartending experience in upscale restaurants, lounges, or private clubs/events
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, and spirits
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in highpressure or highvolume situations
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a guestfirst approach
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Current California Food Handler Certification and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification (or willingness to obtain prior to first shift)
