Little Ruby's — the beloved Australian-inspired café — is opening a brand-new location in Dallas, and we're hiring friendly, polished Hosts to join our opening team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand that's known for warm hospitality, upbeat energy, and an inviting neighborhood feel.

As a Host, you'll set the tone for the entire guest experience. We're looking for outgoing, organized, service-minded individuals who thrive in a busy, fast-paced setting and can greet every guest with genuine warmth.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with friendliness, professionalism, and upbeat energy
• Manage the flow of the dining room through seating charts and waitlist management
• Coordinate reservations and walk-ins using the POS/host platform
• Communicate clearly with servers, managers, and support staff to keep service smooth
• Answer guest questions, assist with inquiries, and provide accurate wait times
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entrance area
• Support the floor as needed — menus, table touches, guest assistance
• Deliver an exceptional first and last impression for every guest

What We're Looking For

• Previous hosting or front-of-house hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• A positive, professional, people-focused attitude
• Ability to stay calm and organized during high-volume service
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays may be required
• Team player mentality and strong attention to detail
