Back of House Cook and Fryer Associate

Bonchon Waldorf is looking for a reliable, upbeat team member to join the Back of House crew. This role will be cross trained on fryer stations and the cooking line, helping keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy shifts. If you like great food, teamwork, and staying busy, this is your place.

What you will do

• Prepare, cook, and portion menu items according to recipes and standards
• Operate fryer stations safely and consistently
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized work areas
• Support the kitchen team with prep, stocking, and closing tasks
• Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines at all times
• Communicate clearly with teammates and managers during service
• Step in where needed to keep service moving. Hero cape optional, but appreciated

• Kitchen or BOH experience is helpful, but Bonchon Waldorf will train the right person
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and on time
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
