Armed Security Guard

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced and responsible Armed Security Officers to join our elite team. Candidates must demonstrate strong judgment, composure under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Provide armed security protection for clients, properties, and events.
• Deter and respond to potential threats or unlawful activity with sound judgment.
• Patrol designated areas and monitor for suspicious behavior or safety hazards.
• Control access to restricted areas and verify credentials.
• Accurately complete incident and activity reports.
• Maintain weapon proficiency and compliance with all state and company regulations.
• Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.

Requirements:

• Security License: Valid Nevada PILB Security Guard Card and Armed Endorsement (required).
• Firearms Proficiency: Must meet all state and company standards for firearm safety and use.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, including in challenging weather conditions.
• Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Observational Skills: Keen attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Professionalism: Maintain a neat appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
• Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and dedicated to upholding safety and security standards.
