• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and standards, ensuring each dish meets quality expectations.
• Handle food preparation tasks such as dough stretching, topping assembly, and ingredient portioning with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including all pizza stations and food handling zones.
• Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices are upheld at all times.
• Assist in menu planning by providing input on new pizza creations and seasonal specials to enhance customer offerings.
• Support the team during busy hours by efficiently serving orders while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation, timely delivery of orders, and adherence to health regulations.

Skills

• Prior experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with food handling and safety procedures.
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations within a restaurant or food industry environment.
• Proven skills in menu planning, meal preparation, and catering services that showcase culinary creativity.
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in food handling to ensure efficiency and safety during meal assembly.
• Experience with fine dining or high-volume food service environments that demand attention to detail and quality control.
