Dietary Aide

Job Summary:
We are seeking several dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aides to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a crucial role in assisting with food preparation, meal service, and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for providing exceptional care and support to residents in an assisted living or hospital setting.

Duties:

• Assist with food production, including meal preparation and cooking
• Serve meals to residents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to dietary restrictions
• Clean and sanitize dining areas, kitchen equipment, and utensils
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining environment
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure high-quality meals are provided to residents

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
