Sales Representative – Construction Services

Overview
We are seeking a Sales Representative to promote and sell our remodeling and construction services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for helping homeowners improve their properties.
We provide a company vehicle and reimburse all transportation expenses, including fuel.

Salary:
To be discussed during the interview. High commissions available.

What You'll Be Selling:

• Siding Installation and Repairs
• Roofing (Asphalt Shingles, Flat Roofs, etc.)
• And more custom home improvement projects

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and generate leads
• Door-to-door canvassing to generate leads and promote our services
• Identify potential clients and build interest in remodeling solutions
• Present and promote construction services to homeowners and business owners
• Schedule appointments for estimates and follow up with leads
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Work closely with our project management team to ensure a smooth project process
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, especially door-to-door or in-home sales, is a plus
• Knowledge of exterior and interior remodeling services is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
