Key Responsibilities:

  • Profit-Centric Sales: Identify and secure freight opportunities—reefer, drop-trailer, team, or solo—that deliver sustainable profit margins.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize our analytics to refine strategies, maintain stable revenue streams, and ensure your supply chain solutions evolve with market changes.
  • Relationship Building: Collaborate with carriers and customers to achieve both exceptional service and cost efficiency, fostering trust and reliability.
  • Continuous Improvement: Adapt, innovate, and fine-tune your approach. Through mentoring and shared insights, continually grow your capabilities and complement the broader supply chain ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: 2+ years in freight brokerage or a 3PL setting, with a proven track record of profitable growth.
  • Analytical Mindset: Able to interpret P&L data, market trends, and operational metrics to make informed, profit-oriented decisions.
  • Effective Communicator: Strong negotiation and customer service skills, ensuring exceptional results for clients and carriers alike.
  • Driven & Accountable: Committed to upholding professional excellence and contributing to an environment that actively combats complacency.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed.
  • Earnings: $60,000 base salary plus a 35% margin-based commission on all non-asset routes, paid monthly. Your compensation scales as you refine strategies, build trust, and execute effectively over time.
