We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented team member who enjoys helping patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to work with cutting-edge technology.

Position: Endodontic Dental Assistant / Front Office Support

This is a dual-role position. You'll primarily assist chairside during endodontic procedures, but you will also provide front office support as needed (phone calls, scheduling, patient check-in/out, verifying insurance, etc.).

ResponsibilitiesClinical (Back Office)

  • Assist the endodontist during nonsurgical and surgical root canal procedures
  • Set up and break down operatories
  • Capture digital radiographs and CBCT imaging
  • Maintain strict sterilization standards and infection control protocols
  • Take digital notes and update patient charts
  • Manage inventory and maintain supply levels
  • Provide clear pre-op and post-op instructions to patients
  • Housekeeping duties as needed
  • Additional duties as assigned (i.e. OSHA, HIPAA, waterline testing)

Front Office (Occasional)

  • Answer phones and schedule patients
  • Greet and check patients in/out
  • Verify insurance benefits and collect co-pays
  • Manage records, referrals, and patient communication
  • Support smooth daily operations

Qualifications

  • Dental Assistant Certification (preferred but not required if experienced)
  • Endodontic experience preferred , but we are willing to train the right candidate
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt between clinical and front office duties
  • Comfort with computers and digital systems (we will train on our software)
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Pay: $ $29.54 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 – 44.0 per week
