Responsibilities

' Provide personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Monitor patients' health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
• Willing to work in the evenings from 6pm to 9pm
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment.
• Support clients with medication management under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Follow care plans meticulously to ensure personalized support.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.'
• Qualifications

' Proven experience in home care or assisted living environments.

• Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification.
• Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to assist with ADLs and mobility support.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
• Experience working with elderly or disabled populations preferred.
• Reliable transportation is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.'
