SVPA Architects, Inc. is a 20+ person architecture and interior design firm with a well-established reputation for providing exceptional design for a wide variety of project types. We're looking for a Project Architect, Senior Architect, or Studio Lead with motivation to push design thinking, lead multidisciplinary teams, and build lasting client partnerships. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and creative problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys mentoring others.

What You'll Do

§ Lead projects from concept through construction, maintaining design integrity and client confidence

§ Translate design ideas into buildable, high-performing, and visually engaging solutions

§ Collaborate with team members and consultants to promote an inter-disciplinary design approach

§ Present to clients, city officials, and stakeholders with clarity and confidence

§ Mentor emerging professionals and contribute to the growth of our design culture and business success

§ Engage in design reviews, push creative boundaries, and bring fresh energy to every project

What We're Looking For

§ Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture; licensed or actively pursuing licensure

§ Proven ability to manage and lead projects of varying scale and complexity

§ Strong understanding of construction methods, detailing, and material specifications

§ Proficiency in Revit with working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

§ Excellent communication and leadership skills

§ A design-driven mindset with a passion for collaboration and long-term client relationships.
