Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and reporting.
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols around the property, and controlling access points.
- Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and communicate with team members effectively.
- Facilitate guest relations by providing local information, arranging transportation, and supporting special requests to enhance their stay.
- Ensure all front desk operations adhere to hotel policies, safety standards, and hospitality management best practices.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong background in customer service within a resort or hotel environment.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to manage guest relations with tact, patience, and enthusiasm.
