Personal Care Assistant

Job Title: Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) – Assisted Living | 9a-9p and 6a-2p and 2p-10p and 10p-6a with every other weekend

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
• Offering companionship and emotional support to foster a positive and caring environment.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff or supervisors.
• Supporting medication reminders as directed.
• Encouraging resident independence and promoting engagement in daily activities, social programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and families.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a PCA, HHA, CNA, or in a caregiving role preferred (but not required-we provide training).
• A passion for senior care and a genuine desire to make a difference.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships.
• Dependability, compassion, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
