The Role:

We are seeking a
Senior Test Engineer
with a strong background in
component testing
to lead our QC function and ensure all products meet strict industry standards. This role is critical in maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring the consistent delivery of mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Quality Control department with a focus on electronic component testing and reliability assurance
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes aligned with AS9100, MIL-STD, and customer-specific requirements
• Supervise daily testing operations for microelectronic components and subassemblies, including environmental and electrical testing
• Analyze and interpret test data, identify trends, and implement corrective/preventative actions
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and customer specifications through internal audits and root cause analysis
• Train and mentor QC technicians, ensuring consistent application of testing protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of quality control experience in aerospace, defense, or microelectronics manufacturing
• Deep understanding of electronic component testing methodologies, tools, and standards
• Familiarity with industry regulations including AS9100, MIL-PRF, and J-STD standards
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
