Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Litigation Paralegal at Sanders & Williams, LLC. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, document review and summaries, drafting pleadings and motions, filing legal documents, scheduling and emtering billable time. They will support attorneys in case preparation and trial proceedings.

Qualifications

• Legal Document Preparation and Document Review skills
• Extensive knowledge and experience with online filing systems
• Ability to summarize documents
• Proficient in entering billable time
• Experience in drafting Pleadings and Motions
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
• Paralegal certification or degree in Legal Studies is preferred
