Catering Manager

EC Diner is looking for a highly organized, hands-on Catering Manager to lead and oversee all catering operations — from large-scale holiday orders to private events and food truck activations. What You'll Do

As our Catering Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring every catered order and event runs smoothly from start to finish. Your responsibilities include:

• Overseeing & managing all catering orders — confirming accuracy, packaging, quality control, and on-time execution.
• Coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure all items are prepared correctly and meet EC Diner standards.
• Actively participating in catering prep and execution, including hands-on support when needed.
• Managing day-of logistics for catering pickups, deliveries, and event setups.
• Supporting private events, both in-house and off-site — including setup, service coordination, and breakdown.
• Assisting with Food Truck operations, including scheduling, inventory coordination, and on-site support.
• Communicating with customers about orders, timelines, event details, and any special requests.
• Maintaining organization of catering supplies, equipment, and event materials.
• Working weekends and holidays, especially during peak seasons.
