Lead AI/ML Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a
Lead AI/ML Engineer
for a
Contract
with a client in
Malvern, PA(Hybrid).
Responsible for designing and optimizing end-to-end machine learning pipelines and implementing robust MLOps frameworks for production environments.

Rate Range:
$53/hour to $75/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Lead AI/ML Engineer Job Responsibilities Include

• Design, develop, and optimize complex data pipelines using machine learning engineering best practices to ensure scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
• Implement robust MLOps pipelines for deploying, monitoring, and managing AI/ML models in production environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists to validate model-ready datasets, ensure accurate feature documentation, and maintain data integrity.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and discovery on raw data sources, incorporating business context to support model development.
• Monitor and maintain model performance, develop scripts for tracking data lineage, and perform root cause analysis for issues.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business processes into scalable AI/ML solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Engineering, or a related field (master's preferred).
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data engineering, with at least 3+ years building ETL pipelines using AWS services.
• Proven experience developing and implementing MLOps pipelines for deploying, monitoring, and managing AI/ML models in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks, AWS SageMaker, and cloud technologies.

Pay Details:
$53.00 to $75.00 per hour
