Foundations Behavioral Health
is currently hiring a full-time
Unit Coordinator
to join our team in Doylestown, PA supporting children, adolescents, and young adults with autism, intellectual disabilities, and behavioral challenges. This role offers convenient Monday - Friday day schedule with a full-time benefits package

Schedule:
Monday - Friday day hours

The Unit Coordinator's Responsibilities Include

• Answering and directing phone calls.
• Working under the supervision of Nurse manager taking direction and accommodating clerical needs.
• Maintaining records in accordance with company policy.
• Preparing patient charts for surveys and accreditation visits.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to organize and attend to details with accuracy.
• Must demonstrate familiarity with common office machines and standard software applications.
• Must possess strong communication skills, including verbal and written, as well as be able to effectively multi-task.
• Office skills, such as organizing, filing, and scheduling.
• Respiratory Fit testing is a requirement of the job
