Duties

• Provide strategic direction and overall leadership for the campus, aligning goals with institutional mission and values
• Oversee daily campus operations, including academic programs, student services, faculty management, and administrative functions
• Foster a positive and inclusive campus culture that promotes student engagement, academic success, and staff development
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and institutional policies
• Collaborate with faculty to develop innovative curricula and teaching methods that enhance student learning outcomes
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and facility maintenance to support optimal campus functioning
• Lead recruitment efforts for students and staff while maintaining strong community relationships
• Monitor performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Experience

• Proven experience in higher education teaching or university-level instruction with a strong understanding of academic standards
• Extensive background in education administration or leadership roles within educational institutions
• Demonstrated success in managing university or college campuses, including operational oversight and strategic planning
• Experience working directly with students to support their academic journey and personal development
• Strong knowledge of accreditation processes, regulatory compliance, and educational best practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and engage diverse stakeholders
• Prior experience in curriculum development, faculty mentorship, and student success initiatives
