About the RoleThe Business Office Manager oversees daily financial and administrative operations within the community. This role ensures accurate billing, payroll, and recordkeeping while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the community's financial processes including billing, payroll, and record maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all financial policies and regulations.
- Prepare reports and assist leadership with audits and budget management.
- Maintain accurate resident and associate financial records.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure budget adherence and smooth operations.
- Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Experience in healthcare or senior living finance management.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Primarily office-based role with occasional movement throughout the community.
