What You Will Be Doing

• Leading the training and development of a Guide team to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
• Building comprehensive Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, designing engaging learning activities, and addressing obstacles
• Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides to enhance student participation and performance
• Personally coaching a small student cohort, demonstrating advanced mentoring and motivational techniques

What You Won't Be Doing

• Creating lesson plans – your Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; your role centers on developing them into outstanding facilitators
• Compromising standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, maintaining that expectation is your responsibility
• Conducting dull training – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning

Lead the training and development of a Guide team to execute the Alpha system with exceptional quality.

Basic Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable field.
• Proven experience creating and implementing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
• Robust leadership and mentorship capabilities with the ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Experience engaging with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental setting.
• Competence in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Availability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
