Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) is a leading ABA therapy agency providing in-home and community-based services to children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Job Summary

We are currently hiring dedicated and compassionate ABA Behavior Technicians / ABA Therapists in Staten Island, NY.

As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children diagnosed with autism, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs designed and supervised by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

You will play a key role in helping children achieve meaningful goals, learn new skills, and make lasting progress at home and in the community.

We have part-time after-school and weekend cases available in:
10302, 10303, 10306, 10310, 10312, and 10314

Sample cases include:

  • 10 y/o Male – Mon/Wed/Fri, 3:30–6:30 PM
  • 5 y/o Female – Mon/Tue 4–6 PM (home); Wed–Fri 4–6 PM
  • 18 y/o Male – Mon & Fri, 4–7 PM
  • 5 y/o Male – Tue/Wed/Thu, 5:30–7:30 PM or 6–8 PM
  • 11 y/o Male – Mon–Wed, 5–7 PM; Thu, 4–6 PM
  • 5 y/o Male – Mon–Fri, 2–6 PM
  • 6 y/o Female – Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat
  • 9 y/o Male – Mon–Fri, 3–6 PM
  • 6 y/o Male – Tue & Wed, 3:30–6 PM
Responsibilities
  • Implement ABA therapy sessions according to individualized treatment plans
  • Collect accurate data and track progress during each session
  • Follow the Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) under BCBA supervision
  • Reinforce positive behaviors and teach new skills through play-based learning
  • Communicate regularly with supervisors and family members
Qualifications
  • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (required)
  • Coursework or degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or a related field (preferred)
  • Reliable, punctual, and passionate about helping others
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to complete RBT training, CPR certification, and Mandated Reporter training
