Quarry Loader Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Quarry Loader Operator to join our fast growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load, transport, and manage materials within the quarry site. Exposure to crushing operations or crushing experience is preferred.

Duties

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, forklifts, water trucks, and Caterpillar machinery to load and move quarry materials
• Maintain and inspect equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met
• Follow MSHA guidelines to promote a safe working environment for all team members
• Support mechanical tasks related to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of materials and smooth workflow across the site
• Conduct routine safety checks, document operational activities, and report any issues or hazards immediately

Requirements

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as loaders and excavators in a construction or quarry setting
• Mechanical knowledge related to construction machinery
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety awareness.

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
