Workflow Automation Specialist

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Workflow Automation Specialist to join our remote team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building automated processes, optimizing business workflows, and integrating multiple tools into seamless, reliable systems.

Duties

• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using platforms such as Make (Integromat), Zapier, Pabbly, or similar tools.
• Integrate APIs and connect various SaaS applications (CRMs, email platforms, databases, spreadsheets, web forms, etc.).
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to reduce manual work.
• Troubleshoot workflow issues, perform testing, and ensure error-free execution.
• Maintain documentation of automation logic and process structures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions that improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience with Make, Zapier, or other automation platforms (even entry-level experience is acceptable if you learn fast).
• Understanding of API connections, webhooks, and data mapping.
• Ability to translate business needs into logical automation sequences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working fully remote and independently.

Pay: $60, $61,500.00 per year
