Job Description:

The Breakfast Attendant prepares, sets up, and maintains the breakfast area for guests, ensuring the buffet is fully stocked, clean, and organized at all times. This position replenishes food and beverage items, monitors presentation and quality, and provides courteous service to guests to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Set up the breakfast buffet area with food, beverages, and necessary utensils.

Responsibilities:

• Replenish buffet items such as juice, milk, coffee, tea, fruit, yogurt, pastries, and condiments as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, chairs, counters, and service areas.
• Monitor food quality, temperature, and presentation according to hotel standards.
• Greet and assist guests courteously, responding to requests promptly.
• Inform kitchen staff of replenishment needs and coordinate with them as required.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Assist with closing duties, including cleaning equipment and storing leftover items properly.
