Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven hiring recruiter to join our human resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. This role requires a strategic approach to talent acquisition, utilizing innovative sourcing techniques and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. The hiring recruiter will play a key role in shaping our workforce by ensuring an efficient and effective recruitment process aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through channels such as social media, job boards, campus recruitment, and internal sourcing.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs using ATS systems like Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, or PeopleSoft.
- Engage in executive recruiting and specialized talent acquisition efforts to fill senior-level positions.
- Conduct negotiations with candidates regarding employment terms and contracts while ensuring compliance with employment & labor laws.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as ADP, UltiPro, Kronos, or Paychex to streamline recruitment workflows and maintain accurate records.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, universities, and staffing vendors to support recruitment initiatives.
- Lead employer branding efforts through social media management and outreach campaigns to enhance company visibility.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Participate in training & development programs related to talent management, succession planning, and HR best practices.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close offers effectively.
- Extensive experience in technical recruiting across various industries.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and collaborating with internal teams.
- Ability to conduct interviews confidently and assess candidate suitability accurately.
- Relationship management skills for building long-term connections with talent pools and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, and lead generation techniques.
- Experience in employee orientation, contract management, employee evaluation processes, and employee relations.
- Competence in using HRIS systems including Salesforce, ADP, UltiPro, and Kronos, for data management and reporting.
- Strong research skills for market analysis and talent mapping initiatives.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $ $21.50 per hour
