As a fast-growing DTC brand, we are hiring a proactive, detail-oriented freelance Project Manager to bring structure and accountability to projects across marketing, digital, and operations.

What You'll Do

• Manage cross-functional projects such as product launches, marketing campaigns, and website updates
• Own timelines, track deliverables, and keep internal stakeholders aligned
• Improve and maintain our project management tools and workflows
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to drive execution
• Translate high-level goals into actionable project plans with clear milestones and accountability
• Identify roadblocks early and proactively troubleshoot to keep projects on track
• Help implement scalable processes as we grow (e.g., sprint planning, campaign calendars, project templates)
• Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives based on business impact

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience in e-commerce, DTC, or fashion (required)
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Shopify and Klaviyo
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Notion, Trello, , or ClickUp
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
