Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Real Estate Operations & Marketing Assistant to support a high-producing real estate agent. This role is designed for a licensed professional who excels in organization, execution, and follow-through, and who prefers an operational and marketing support role over personal sales production.

This is not a transaction coordinator position and not a personal production role. The focus is on field execution, CRM management, marketing coordination, content preparation, and business organization.

Core ResponsibilitiesOperations, Scheduling & Field Support

  • Schedule and attend inspections, walkthroughs, appraisals, and vendor appointments
  • Coordinate post-inspection repairs and vendor access
  • Manage lockboxes, signage, riders, and property access logistics
  • Serve as on-site support when needed and provide clear follow-up reporting
  • Ensure properties are prepared, accessed, and secured appropriately

CRM, Lead Management & Follow-Up

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, tagging, notes, and task execution
  • Organize and manage lead follow-up workflows
  • Support past-client follow-up and database engagement initiatives
  • Prepare structured daily and weekly follow-up lists
  • Ensure consistent execution of established lead management systems

Marketing, Content & Brand Support

  • Coordinate listing marketing timelines and deliverables
  • Draft blog posts, email content, buyer and seller guides, and marketing copy
  • Assist with capturing video content for social media and marketing purposes
  • Maintain content calendars and organized digital marketing files
  • Coordinate with Virtual Assistant on digital marketing execution
  • Assist with commercial marketing materials, including brochures and offering documents

Business Organization & Events

  • Support time-blocking, task prioritization, and workflow organization
  • Assist with coordination of client events, community events, and marketing initiatives
  • Prepare materials and organization for business development efforts
  • Support special projects related to business growth and expansion

Role Boundaries

This position does not include:

  • Independent buyer or seller representation
  • Personal production or client ownership
  • Transaction coordination ownership (handled by a separate TC)
  • Independent contract negotiation

All responsibilities are performed under the Lead Agent's direction and brokerage policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Georgia Real Estate License
  • Demonstrated organizational and time-management capability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, MLS, and digital tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight
  • Willingness to attend field appointments as required

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience supporting a real estate agent or team
  • Experience with marketing coordination or content preparation
  • Comfort with basic video recording and digital marketing workflows

Compensation & Growth

  • $X/hour during the initial 90-day ramp period
  • Formal performance review at 90 days with opportunity for increased compensation
  • Long-term growth potential as the business scales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
