Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Head Baker to join our team for out outlet as well as the restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing a variety of baked goods in accordance with established recipes and quality standards, while maintaining compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other products to specification.
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all baked items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and business demands.

Qualifications:

• Previous professional baking experience strongly preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Ability to follow precise recipes and instructions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or baking certification a plus.
