Cleaning Technician

Maid You Look is a fast-growing, family-owned cleaning company in Las Vegas. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technician to help create clean, comfortable, and welcoming homes for our clients. Responsibilities

• Clean and refresh residential spaces: kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, and common areas.
• Perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and general tidying.
• Follow each home's customized cleaning checklist to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Handle trash removal and recycling.
• Use cleaning products and tools safely and correctly.
• Communicate any maintenance concerns or irregularities found in the home.
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while interacting with clients and coworkers.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good time management to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes.
• Physical stamina for lifting, bending, reaching, and extended periods of standing.
• Reliable transportation to travel between homes (required).
• Experience in residential cleaning is a plus but not required — we provide full training.

Schedule

• Day shifts
• Weekday availability preferred

Pay

• Competitive hourly rate
• Additional pay opportunities based on performance, bonuses, and tips

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
