Duties

• Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor patients' health through observation and report changes in condition
• Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning, sanitation, and organization of living spaces
• Document care activities accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in assisted living, nursing homes, home health, hospice care, or group homes is highly preferred
• Knowledge of patient observation techniques and ability to monitor vital signs effectively
• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or memory care needs is advantageous
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks consistently
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality at all times
• Strong communication skills and compassionate attitude toward residents' diverse needs

Pay: $ $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
