Summary- ***Part Time Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our retail sales team. This role is crucial for driving revenue, managing the customer experience from initial inquiry to final delivery, and ensuring the profitability of our shed, garage, and outdoor structure product lines. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2C sales management, understands the home improvement or light construction industry, and excels at operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Sales and Revenue Generation

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for all outdoor buildings (sheds, barns, steel structures, etc.).
  • Lead the entire sales process, including generating leads, qualifying customers, presenting design options, and closing sales for both standard and custom-built structures.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Personally handle negotiations and custom orders.

Operations and Customer Experience

  • Oversee the management of the sales lot, ensuring all inventory models are visually appealing, priced correctly, and maintained to the highest standard.
  • Collaborate with the Operations teams to ensure smooth scheduling, accurate order fulfillment, and seamless delivery/installation of structures.
  • Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track sales activity, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintain excellent client communication.
  • Resolve high-level customer satisfaction issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales management, retail management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in selling high-ticket, customizable products (e.g., vehicles, home improvements, modular homes, or construction materials).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold a sales team accountable.
  • Proficiency with modern CRM software and standard Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed for site checks

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 per week
