• Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document resident conditions and responses to care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and resident needs during weekend shifts.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility protocols.

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Ohio.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred, especially in long-term care or rehabilitation settings.
• Ability to work 12-hour weekend shifts consistently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
