Summary

As a Dietary Aide at STRIVE, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive nutritious meals tailored to their dietary needs. This position is essential in supporting our commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those we serve while fostering a collaborative and uplifting work culture.

Availability:

every other weekend, 24 to 35.5 hours weekly. Must be able to work some day shift hours and mostly 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to dietary guidelines.
• Ensure that all food handling and sanitation practices are followed diligently.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
• Support dietary staff in menu planning and food inventory management.
• Communicate effectively with residents regarding their meal preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of nutrition and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience for residents.
