Job Title: Project Manager

We are looking for an assertive, highly organized, and results-driven individual to support business growth as a Project Manager for turnkey equipment provision and installation of data center and mission-critical power and cooling projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects, including scheduling, budget management, and installation, align with customer requirements and company objectives.

At Access Michigan, Project Managers serve as the dynamic, leading edge of our operations, assuming a broad scope that transcends traditional administrative boundaries. We require versatile leaders capable of wearing many hats—integrating rigorous project discipline, decisive leadership, and communication with complex supply chain and logistics management. Our PMs are versatile problem-solvers with a strategic focus—acting as the 'Swiss Army knives' of the organization. By providing robust purpose, direction, and alignment to internal and external stakeholders, our PMs function as strategic force multipliers who increase organizational velocity and empower Sales Engineers to focus on revenue generation.

Responsibilities:

· Orchestrate Project Execution: Manage projects end-to-end or intervene to lead specific phases and sub-tasks as needed —including scope, schedule, budget, and on-site installation of power and cooling infrastructure—ensuring efficiency and profitability.

· Operational & Logistics Management: Actively manage complex supply chain, transportation, and warehouse requirements, addressing both planned and un-forecasted logistical challenges to maintain project velocity.

· Technical Precision & Quality: Validate technical specifications, approval submittals, and order accuracy while ensuring strict compliance with safety, quality, and documentation standards.

· Strategic Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering to support revenue goals and foster long-term, high-value relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.

· Systems Mindset & Transformation: Drive organizational growth by mitigating risks, codifying lessons learned into best practices, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

· This role operates in active warehouse, construction, and data center environments. Requirements include traversing uneven surfaces and demolition zones, wearing PPE, visually inspecting freight, and occasional light lifting (20–40 lbs.).

· Performs other related duties and occasional travel as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. This position may require flexibility in hours and responsibilities to support critical project milestones.

Qualifications:

Alignment with our Company Core Values: This is a fundamental imperative to ensure trust, strong relationships, and seamless alignment with our company vision and mission.

Experience & Education: Proven track-record in data center, mission-critical, construction, and/or industrial infrastructure projects. Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management, or a related field is preferred. 3-5 years of experience in leading project delivery.

Leadership & Mindset: Possesses a leader's mindset with a team-player's heart; demonstrates excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and strict alignment with company Core Values.

Operational Agility: Proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments, with the agility to pivot priorities and manage competing demands without sacrificing precision or equilibrium.

Technical Acumen: Strong proficiency in power and thermal systems, including the ability to interpret technical specifications, diagrams, and construction drawings.

Operational Execution: Ability to independently manage multiple complex projects with high organizational rigor, utilizing traditional PM tools, strong computer skills, project management software, and emerging technologies.

Continuous Growth: A daily commitment to learning, developing new industry skill sets, and driving personal professional growth.
